1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "casno" refers to the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at casno.net, operated under PAGCOR regulation.
• "Platform" means the casno website, mobile-optimised site, and any associated applications or services.
• "Account" means a registered player account opened on the casno platform.
• "Player" or "You" means any individual who accesses the Platform, whether registered or unregistered.
• "PHP" or "₱" means Philippine Peso, the primary currency used on casno.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or incentives awarded to a Player's Account.
• "Real Money Funds" means actual PHP deposits made by a Player via GCash, PayMaya, or bank transfer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before it or any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority under which casno operates.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required of all Players.

2 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and casno. By completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the casno platform, you unconditionally accept all provisions set out in this document, together with any additional rules applicable to specific games or promotions published on the Platform.

casno reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on the Platform. Your continued use of casno following notification of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

3 Eligibility & Age Verification

To open and maintain a casno Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required by PAGCOR regulations governing casino-style gaming in the Philippines.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) and are acting on your own behalf.
• You are located in a jurisdiction where accessing online casino and sports betting services is lawful.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by casno, PAGCOR, or any other recognised gaming authority.
• You have not previously had a casno Account closed for breach of these Terms & Conditions.

casno is strictly a 21+ platform. Age verification is mandatory for all Players. Upon registration, you will be required to submit valid government-issued identification — such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, driver's licence, or PRC ID — confirming your full legal name and date of birth. casno reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed, and to void any winnings accrued prior to verification.

4 Account Registration

Each Player is permitted to hold one Account on the casno platform. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated Accounts being suspended pending investigation.

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration, including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued ID.
• Your date of birth.
• A valid email address and mobile number.
• Your residential address in the Philippines.
• Your preferred payment method (e.g., GCash number or bank account details).

You must notify casno promptly of any change to your registered details. casno accepts no liability for losses arising from outdated contact or payment information. All communications from casno will be sent to the email address or mobile number registered on your Account.

5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your casno login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party, and casno will treat any access using your credentials as authorised by you.

In the event that you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify casno support immediately at [email protected]. casno may temporarily suspend your Account pending investigation. casno accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised use of your Account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

6 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

6.1 Supported Payment Methods. casno accepts PHP deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. casno does not accept cryptocurrency, foreign currency, or third-party payment processors not listed herein.

6.2 Deposit Processing. GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your casno Account in real time. Bank transfer deposits (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are typically processed within one (1) banking business day. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. casno reserves the right to return deposits made from accounts in a different name and to suspend the associated casno Account pending investigation.

6.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya are processed within an average of five (5) minutes, subject to successful completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals to BPI, BDO, or Metrobank are processed within one (1) to three (3) banking business days. casno does not charge withdrawal fees, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own fees.

6.4 Minimum and Maximum Amounts. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are published on the casno Platform and may be updated from time to time. casno reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence procedures for high-value transactions in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering legislation.

6.5 Currency. All Player balances, bets, winnings, and transactions on casno are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). casno does not accept foreign currency deposits.

6.6 Anti-Money Laundering. casno complies with all applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws. Players may be required to provide source-of-funds documentation for large transactions. casno reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the relevant Philippine authorities without prior notification to the Account holder.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

casno offers a variety of promotional incentives, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and event-specific promotions. All promotions are subject to these general terms and any specific terms published alongside the relevant offer.

• Bonuses are available to verified Players aged 21 and over only.
• Each Player is entitled to claim each promotional offer once only, unless stated otherwise.
• Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to Wagering Requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering Requirements are specified on each individual promotion page.
• casno reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, where required by regulatory guidance or operational necessity.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between Accounts or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• Any attempt to abuse the casno promotional system — including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus — will result in forfeiture of all associated Bonus Funds and winnings, and may result in permanent Account suspension.
• casno reserves the right to withhold or reverse bonus payments where the Company reasonably believes that a Player has exploited software errors, pricing anomalies, or other technical malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage.

8 Game Rules & Betting

casno offers a range of gaming products including live dealer casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, sic bo), slots, bingo, fishing games, and sports betting. Each product category is governed by its own game-specific rules published within the Platform. In the event of conflict between these Terms & Conditions and product-specific rules, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail unless the product-specific rules expressly state otherwise.

8.1 Game Integrity. All casino game outcomes on casno are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical outcomes at the table streamed in real time. casno does not manipulate game outcomes.

8.2 Sports Betting. Sports betting markets on casno are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant governing body. In the event of cancellation, postponement, or voiding of a sporting event, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules for that sport as published on the Platform.

8.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a game or system malfunction, casno reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players' Accounts. casno accepts no liability for losses arising from system outages, network interruptions, or third-party game provider errors.

8.4 Dispute Resolution. Any dispute regarding a game outcome or bet settlement must be raised with casno support within seven (7) days of the relevant event. Disputes raised outside this window may not be investigated. casno's decision on game disputes is final subject to PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the casno platform. Breach of any provision in this section may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the relevant Philippine authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one (1) casno Account.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Platform or gain an advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Players in live dealer or multiplayer games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors for financial gain.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other unlawful activity.
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute legitimate transactions through your payment provider.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing casno staff or other Players.

10 Responsible Gaming

casno is committed to promoting responsible gaming for all Filipino players. Gambling is a form of entertainment and must be kept within limits that are financially and emotionally sustainable. casno provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from your Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit into your casno PHP wallet.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure on-screen alerts that notify you when your gaming session has reached a duration you have set yourself.
• Loss Limits: Define a maximum loss threshold per session before your access to gaming products is paused.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently block your own access to casno. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately and cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period chosen.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the casno Platform — including but not limited to the casno name and logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of casno or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without the prior written consent of casno.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, casno's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds held in your Account at the time the relevant claim arises.

casno shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive loss or damage.
• Service interruptions caused by events outside casno's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, power outages, natural disasters, or regulatory interventions.
• Errors or omissions in content published by third-party game providers.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall operate to limit or exclude casno's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by casno's negligence, to the extent such exclusion is not permitted by Philippine law.

13 Privacy & Data Protection

casno collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also acknowledge and accept the casno Privacy Policy.

casno collects personal data for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, payment processing, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and — where you have consented — marketing communications. casno will not sell your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

14 Suspension & Termination

14.1 Closure by You. You may request closure of your casno Account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any Real Money Funds remaining in your Account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and provided no withdrawal restrictions apply.

14.2 Suspension or Closure by casno. casno reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request or regulatory instruction from PAGCOR.
• Detection of underage gambling.

Where an Account is closed by casno for cause, casno reserves the right to withhold some or all funds pending investigation. In cases of confirmed fraud or material breach, casno may forfeit all Account balances including Real Money Funds.

15 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through casno's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Where a dispute relates to a matter within PAGCOR's jurisdiction, the parties agree to exhaust PAGCOR's regulatory dispute resolution procedures before initiating court proceedings.

16 Amendments

casno may amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a change is material, casno will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Non-material changes — such as corrections to typographical errors or clarifications that do not affect your substantive rights — may take effect immediately upon publication without separate notification.

The most current version of the Terms & Conditions is always available on the Platform. The effective date at the top of this document reflects the date on which the current version entered into force.
